How we handle a bathroom remodel project?
We share our project in 4 steps – Concept, Project, Planning and Execution.
- Concept – At this stage, the aim is to understand the first information that must be known, the important data, scope, time and cost constraints. It is at that moment that the premises and purpose of the project are recorded.
- Project – At this stage we seek to understand the psychological and economical aspects all the objectives our clients have with the project.
- Planning – More details is needed on this stage. Already in the planning phase, the information requires a greater level of details. Arriving at this stage means that the project has been approved and that you believe in the results you are expected to achieve. Hence the need for consistent planning that leads the project to success.
- Execution – During the execution phase, the focus is the exercise of what was planned. Therefore, the documents must ensure the monitoring of the activities and the registration of deliveries. In execution, changes often occur in scope as well as in quality requirements. Project models should consider ways to accomplish these interactions.
