OUR PROCESS

  • Concept
  • Project
  • Planning
  • Execution

At this stage, the aim is to understand the first information that must be known, the important data, the scope, time and cost constraints. It is at that moment that the premises and purpose of the project are recorded.

This means that when designing the project models corresponding to the initiation phase, the concern should lie in the understanding of the project, that is, in knowing which influences that interfere with its success, such as risks and initial requirements.

It is during the initial phase of a project that seeks to have an overview of the tasks and the tasks that are involved in it. After all, before the project begins, information such as preliminary estimates about budget, schedule, and resource needs should be known and discussed in advance.

The project is responsible to anale the social and cultural context:
Understanding of psychological needs;
Survey of functional needs;
Relation to the near environment;
Analysis of contour lines;
Circulations;
Materials;
Proper sizing;
Ergonomics;
Ventilation (future electricity economy);
Solar orientation (future electricity economy).

Already in the planning phase, the information requires a greater level of detail. Arriving at this stage means that the project has been approved and that you believe in the results you are expected to achieve. Hence the need for consistent planning that leads the project to success.

The structuring of the planning is done together with the team, because some particularities, demands or new ideas can go unnoticed. Eliminate irrelevant activities.

In this planning phase, the definition of information, such as the quantity of material, equipment and labor, is also fundamental.

During the execution phase, the focus is the exercise of what was planned. Therefore, the documents must ensure the monitoring of the activities and the registration of deliveries. In execution, changes often occur in scope as well as in quality requirements. Project models should consider ways to accomplish these interactions.

It should be clear that, in execution, the activities are monitored in comparison with the work carried out during the planning. We are responsible for oversight of the workforce, for providing employees with the necessary resources and for keeping staff informed about the progress of the project.

While the project is under way, we make adjustments to the initial planning so that budget, insufficient resource or risk issues do not interfere with the final project outcome.
